We are now on a journey to modernize our platform and architecture to support the next generation of clinical studies with the help of modern .NET/C# technologies.
What you will do and why:
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in evolving the platform that powers modern clinical studies. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers, contributing across the entire development lifecycle, from product discovery and technical design to implementation and deployment.
Operating in a highly regulated industry, you will help ensure high standards of quality, performance, and information security in everything we build.
You will also actively explore and leverage AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Copilot, and Codex to improve efficiency and innovation.
Our tech stack includes: .NET/C#, React, Azure, and MySQL.
In this role you will:
Design and build scalable fullstack solutions across backend and frontend
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations
Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions
Participate in the full development lifecycle, from discovery to maintenance
Who are you?
5+ years of experience delivering fullstack solutions, with strong expertise in .NET and hands-on experience building modern, scalable frontend applications using React
Experience with cloud architecture and services (preferably Azure)
Solid understanding of end-to-end software development and system design
Curious and interested in using AI tools to work smarter and explore new ways of solving problems
Relevant education in IT or equivalent practical experience
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
