What you will do and why:
You will have a key role in an international organization that service life science companies and research institutions. The sales operations team members are often liaisons for sales to other parts of the organization such as finance, marketing, legal, QA and IT departments. The Sales Operations Specialist will represent and manage the support function to Sales in the North America Region. The Sales Operations Specialist will focus on supporting the sales team with in-depth knowledge of Viedoc as a company, rather than actively selling to new prospects or managing current customer accounts. Your role is to be the go-to expert who empowers the team with valuable insights and expertise.
You will join a global team with a solid foundation of processes and opportunities to contribute to the success of the department. In your role as our Sales Operations Specialist, you have responsibilities in the following areas:
- Managing all aspects of proposals and agreements, including preparing and sending quotations, NDAs, and contracts, arranging electronic signatures, and ensuring proper recording and archiving in CRM and company systems.
- Sales qualify incoming leads, assist customers with quotation updates, and answer customer support questions involving product, pricing, and company information to ensure smooth interactions.
- Maintain accurate client and contact information, support RFIs, liaise with internal teams, and help ensure adoption and compliance with sales processes and pricing policies.
- You will prepare and present sales metrics and forecasts, organize client communications, maintain records, and collaborate with the CRM team to support data quality, system improvements, and market research.
As a professional, we would like you to have:
- Bachelors Degree
- Three or more years of software sales and/or life sciences/clinical trials experience
- Excel knowledge - intermediate
- CRM experience - min. of one year (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong data entry and data analysis experience
As a person, we would like you to be:
- Very detail-oriented
- Technical aptitude
- Well organized and able to multi-task efficiently
- Engaging team player
We would even appreciate it if you have:
- Ability to present to internal and external shareholders
- Ability to conduct analysis on pricing exercises is a plus

If you are to be employed in the U.S, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 65k-75k dollars annually.
