CRM Manager
Join us in creating a healthier world.
Who we are and what we do:
At Viedoc, we design engaging software that modernizes clinical research so that necessary treatments can reach the people who need them faster.
We accomplish this by combining technology and a creative design to streamline, automate and simplify conventional processes within clinical research. Simply put, Viedoc makes every aspect of a clinical study a bit smoother, resulting in greater discoveries that make a difference, and has the potential to improve lives.
Real change means challenging the status quo – our driving force since we started almost two decades ago. In everything we do, we work for a healthier world, searching for better, more efficient solutions that answer to the needs of both our users and humanity.
We are proud to foster an inclusive workplace. We believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and supportive work culture will lead to a better work environment for our employees and, ultimately, a better product.
What you will do and why:
Our cloud-based eClinical suite is used by the world’s top pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations to bring new treatments to market faster, safer, and more efficiently. We’re now looking for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining a system that empowers Sales, Marketing, and Management to work smarter, not harder.
Your mission
As CRM Manager, you'll build the foundation for operational excellence. You'll be the architect of clean, reliable data, the champion of process automation, and the person everyone turns to when they want to make Salesforce work harder for them. You will:
- Own the clean-up and structuring of data related to companies, contacts, and opportunities
- Design and implement procedures to maintain high data quality—and train others to follow them
- Import, validate, and migrate large volumes of data as we transition to Salesforce
- Develop and deliver custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs, pipelines, and performance by region, vertical, or individual
- Build and manage tools for workflows and automation for users
- Serve as the go-to person for anything CRM-related—answering questions, troubleshooting, and empowering users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM supports broader business needs and goals
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with CRM systems
- Experience in Salesforce administration and/or full-scale CRM migration (especially data migration on a large scale)
- High-level proficiency in Excel (you live and breathe formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication skills with executive presence, clarity, and judgment
- A collaborative mindset—comfortable helping others and proactively asking for support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in CRM development, particularly with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or others
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and synchronization between CRM systems and external tools
- Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Automation, or Analytics
- Understanding of campaign management tools or data integration platforms
- Background in regulated environments such as clinical research or SaaS
- Experience in or strong understanding of clinical trials or life sciences
What we offer
- A hybrid, flexible work environment & modern office
- A team that values trust, autonomy, and curiosity
- The opportunity to shape the CRM strategy of a fast-growing company in a life-saving industry
- Supportive, forward-thinking colleagues across the globe
- Wellness and personal development benefits that match our people-first culture
