What you will do and why:
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and networking skills to help expand our business within the US.
This means you will be responsible for:
- Using strategic prospecting techniques to help identify new accounts / opportunities within assigned territory
- Driving and managing a sales pipeline in order to meet and exceed goals
- Working closely with your regional head to develop and implement sales strategies
- Interacting with all internal operations teams regarding implementation, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Build relationships and support customers with the use of Viedoc resources
- Develop account plans using customer's organizational structure, business strategies, objectives, etc.
- Present proposals and contracts with solutions, justifications, and expected results to overcome objections to secure new business with increased revenue
- Networking with people at all levels within targeted customer / prospect organizations to navigate competitive environments and build consensus
- Timely updating and management of company CRM
- Represent Viedoc at trade shows, industry events, etc.
- Some travel is required
As a professional, we would like you to have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years business development experience within the Clinical Research industry with a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals
- eClinical sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully work independently and within a team environment
- Outstanding networking skills: demonstrated ability to seek out and build relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively at senior management level
